Tina Holgate is responsible for operations management, as well as enrollment and client services of The DMA Care Team. She previously did the same for a 19-branch CNY credit union and has over 30 years of experience in operations management in healthcare organizations, non-profit organizations, and medical offices. Tina expertly handles the intricacies of Medicare and sensitivities of individual’s needs and inquiries whether on the phone, via email, or in person. She previously worked at Northwestern Mutual, MassMutual, and a local Chiropractic office. Tina has her AS degree from MVCC and has studied at Syracuse Univeristy in the healthcare field while managing the Office of Alumni Relations. She is a licensed and certified Medicare agent. She enjoys her faith, family, rescue kitty Myrrhy, and sunshine.
